Kedai Kopi Chung Wah @ Melaka (Chicken Rice Ball)

Last 2 weeks, me and a bunch of my colleague have a short trip to Melaka again. Just a 2 days 1 night and 7 of us. Said we wanted to eat this and that... the Melaka famous food but because of those long que we didn't eat a lot. 
I seriously would not que for so long just because of the food but i have no choice. My colleague said that this chicken rice is the best and price are affordable. When i reach there, my eyes open wide because of the que. Ok... let me tell you the location before in details. 
This Chicken Rice stall is located at the Jonker street. If you been there before, you should know that there's a roundabout (at night all the colourful trishaw will there) , beside is a hard rock cafe. During public holidays or weekends, you will see those people lining up and wait to eat the chicken rice.

Well, that day is not sunny but very hot still. I'm sweating a lot but luckily no need wait for too long. I estimate about half and hour for waiting. Is consider very fast compare that we wait for the Satay Celup. While waiting, my colleague told me that here you will be able to eat chicken and rice ball only. Ohh.... and some chicken organ. Compare to others, people have char siew and siu yuk as well but they have only 1 type of dishes only which is "steamed chicken" only.
Although they have 1 dishes only but a lot of people queing up to eat this. To make the food serves faster, they will directly take order for you. Means you just tell them how many people you have or you can order half of the chicken or whole chicken. The rice ball for every plate is served 5 only but you can add more. 
The serving is fast, we sit for about 2 mins the food is ready to serve. Due to too many people, think first what to eat and order fast if not you will get scolded. There is no menu for you to choose because they just have 1 dishes only. Is not like any other place you sit down and relax and choose what to eat slowly. 

The chicken is soft and tender. In Melaka, they have a lot of shop selling chicken rice ball but some of them are quite pricey and for this shop, price are ok for me. We have 7 person and order for whole chicken. Estimated per person  just paid for RM11++ only include the drinks as well. This is worth to have a try. =)

Last post was talking about safari. Is quite dissapointed but since we are there so we are looking up the show schedule. The first show was "Cowboy Show". Is quite interesting and funny. Kids are laughing and enjoy the show same as us too. :) The fire shooting sound effect quite loud at first...but after a few mins we are used to it too. Well, i think Malaysia have same thing in common about servicing industry. Which is SLOW.

I can't remember how long of the show. It should be around 30 mins and we straight head to another Animal Show. Yes, after the safari, there is nothing else can do besides watch those show.

Next, we going for the Bird Show. You can see different type of species of birds that you seldom see.

At the end of the show, you can go to the stage and take photo with the animals but of course if you able to wait especially during peak season. It's afternoon and we shall take our lunch since we already bought with the package. So sorry to said that, food sucks. Is a chicken rice and i can't eat even half of it. Rice hard as rock, chicken is tasteless and dry. I already expected is not nice but i never thought is worse than what i thought. Since we finish our so called lunch, we walk around for the last show. I saw that we can ride on top of the elephants. But i saw a lot people queuing up so i gave up.

The last show is Elephant Show. 

After the elephant show, we head to Cowboy Town. The town will open at 6pm if i'm not mistaken. We drive from Safari town and since is early, we drive around and saw some chalet. Environment is good. Around 6pm we reach and park our car. Yet the gate is still close so taking picture and looking back the picture that we took. 

Here is like mini amusement park, you can watch 4D movie, few shop to buy souvenirs, children theme park, funfairs and shopping village too . We went for 4D movie (Note: you have to buy ticket to entry the 4D movie) - about 15mins. I still remember we choose to watch about sea. The water shoot in front of us. Luckily not too wet. Since lunch we didn't eat much, we select one of the western restaurant. They have few restaurant there. The food is not bad, i think we are too hungry.

Our resting moment, we have been walk for the whole day while waiting for the show in Cowboy Town. After dinner, we heading to a place where you can watch Red Indians shows. I think this is the most famous show in here. 

After the show, we straight head to Melaka Town and look for our Hotel. This is the nearest place to go if you would like to have short terms trip. As me, i sure will come again to try their resorts but if for the theme park or safari i don't think so. I think they should have a lot of improvement with their quality and service. Maybe some of you been there before, didn't feel like as bad as me but here is what i'm telling for what i experience in here.

Melaka is very near to Kuala Lumpur so my dear decided to bring me to A Famosa to have a walk. Well, is quite far from Melaka town so we just drop by a day and overnight at Melaka town. There have few Hotels and resorts, Safari Wonderland, Cowboy Town, Water Park and place where you can play golf too. Ohhh.... not to forget they have a place to play Go-kart but is quite small.
I have to use a day to go 2 places like Safari and Cowboy Town. If you would ask me, would i go again? I will choose nope. If i wanted to go there, I will go there and rent a bungalow with bunch of friends and do a bbq. I would like to experienced their accommodation. This place is definitely not for couples but for family but if you guys never try to go before, then you can choose to have a visits. The idea of the park is good, they have different session time to watch some show like bird show, elephant show and many more. What i don't like the most is because those safari animals looks like very unhealthy and skinny. When i saw those animal, i was not impressed but felt pity. I don't think the management take care well of those animals so i don't think i will visit for second time.

After parking my car and we walk in the counter to purchase the tickets. Here i saw a very cute elephant welcoming us. 

We purchase the tickets for Safari and cowboy town. Safari town is RM48 per adult + Cowboy Town is RM30 per adult. This is the weekend price. The time we went is not a school holiday but still a lot people but luckily is not pack. Mostly are travel agent or school trip. We enter and their staff used their camera to snap picture of us. 

We walk around and here we take a ride to safari park. Normally when we go zoo, those animal being locked up and walk around freely now our turn being locked up in a car. The ride took about 20 -30 mins to go through whole safari. I think if during peak season, the ride should be 10 mins. The driver is like rushing. He stop on every different species just like 5 sec then he drive to another. I can't even have the chance to snap photo. And during the stop, there is no one do introduction. It just drop by then move to another. I really don't like it.

I didn't get much time to snap all the animals in Safari and i saw those animals i don't feel like taking the picture. After the ride, we go walk-thru area.... here got a lot cute animals.
