BALI

This is my first time travel to Bali and I'm so excited. My advised to you guys is do a research before you went for travel. We didn't do research end up being cheated by the people there and not even get to most tourists spot. In front of our hotel there are various modes of transportation available. You can choose from city-like taxis, bemos, tourist shuttle buses, motor scooters or bicycles.

Wish to ride this

If you drinking alcohol, you must try bintang beer. Taste not bad.

If you walking around, there some people shouting "mushroom" is actually marijuana. There some comes around you asking to buy but you can reject them politely as you do not know what is the background of these people selling drugs everywhere around at Bali.

Bali favourite beer "Bintang"

We hired a van for 8 people cost about RPH 400,000 (RM140) for full day. They claims to bring us to tourist spots. A young guy (driver) bringing us to a place called Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary @ Ubud. Travel about 1 hour from our hotel.

Behind the gate is Temple

Bali is know as Island of the Gods. There are lots of temple around Bali island and these monkeys are there to guard the temple (they claims). If you are going to these monkey island, please becareful and watch your personal belonging. The rumours are these monkey is train to steal tourist belongings. Please do not throw stone or hit the monkey as they are fierce and bite you. You can buy food at the entrance and feed those little monkeys. If you saw my picture standing in front of the gate, that is actually a temple but don't know what reason the day we went closed. We didn't manage to go inside. So, we just hang around outside.

Next the driver bring us to had lunch. We arrived at Kintamani and had our buffet lunch called Batur Sari. A very nice view restaurant. This restaurant where you can view volcanic mountain (still active now). Having lunch while looking at the astonishing view of Batur Lake and Batur Volcano was something that you shouldn't miss out on when you come to Bali. Weather is cooling like Genting Highland. You can sit outside and enjoy the view but the day we went unfortunately raining. We can't see the view so we didn't take any picture. The food price is about RPH 90,000 (RM32) per person. Honestly, the food is not good and so many flies around. You can actually view Mount Batur and Batur Lake from many other different spots of the area so you don’t have to spend 90,000 rupees over lunch if the intention was merely for the view.

Next destination will be Tegallalang Rice TerranceTegallalang is a well known area to the north of Ubud in the centre of Bali.  It is the major area for handicraft production in Bali, but also has a surprising amount of other businesses. There lots of people surround our car to sell their items once we stop by there. Please becareful when buying, you must remember to bargain when purchase. Most of the item are expensive so you have to bargain but in a polite way.

If you wanted to relax, of course massage & spa is not gonna to be missed. The driver drove us to Galuh Bali. Place is beautiful and had nice service but of course price is also nice. LOL.... They have meditation room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and body steam facilities. The staff is polite and welcome us with smile. Their business is very good that day and we didn't make any booking so we have to wait for room. They brought us to garden which next to the swimming pool. They bring us flower tea and relax next to the pool. They had a lot of package and we choose Nature Inspiration that cost us USD 65 per person for 2 hour. The package contain romatic Footbath, Body wash, Balinese Massage, Body Scrub, Tropical Fruit Body Polish, Aromatic Flower bath, Body Lotion. If you come with couple, you are allowed to share same room with your couple or you choose to be alone at the room. Any special service (if you know what i mean) i'm not sure if they providing.

Big Big Lobster <3

We ate our dinner at Blue Ocean Seafood located at Jimbaran as well as our last destination.
You can enjoy sunset view while having dinner. There a lot of seafood restaurant along the beach. The table will placed along the sandy beach. At night, there will be local people having performance for the customer. Everyday will be different performance. There a band will singing from table to table and you can request song and some other night they will have dancing or fire eater performance. Price is so expensive for the seafood so is depends for you to have dinner there. After the dinner, the driver drove us back to Hotel.

Hard Rock Bistro

Hard Rock bistro is available at the Hotel. If you do not wish to walk out to Kuta town, you can enjoy drinking at your Hotel. There is souvenirs shop and all from Hard Rock .

You will unique shop decorative

A lot special item selling

Disco at Bali

Night view at town

BALI (Hard Rock Hotel II)

Back to the previous post, here i'm gonna tell you about Hard Rock Hotel Bali. Room condition, room, hotel facilities and food overall are good. If you guys planning to holiday @ Bali, you could think of this hotel.
Here is the picture of the room. The room space is quite big and comfortable.

Our deluxe room

Our room view :D

Toilet room with bathtub

Not LCD TV at room just some old style tv

Overlooking lush gardens and the family courtyard, these rooms feature either two Queen-size beds or one King-size bed with two permanent Balinese style day beds that are ideal for lazing around in the room. Environment is clean and nice.
Bathroom is also providing hair dryer, towel, bathtub and shower. The thing I feel weird is, the water from the shower is kinda salty. I found out this, http://www.joycetankl.com/2011/08/salty-tap-water-in-bali.html. If you would like to know why Bali water tap is salty click the link and view.
If you would like to do personal things such as changing clothes, naked in the room or whatever. Don't you ever sit/stand naked at the day bed because the curtain is a bit transparent especially at night when you on all the lights. People from outside can see through and know what you doing. Although is not totally transparent but can see the shadow of you from outside. So, better becareful!!!!
Across the road is Kuta Beach. If you are going with the family, I suggest not bringing your children over there. The beach is dirty but there's a lot local people surfing there. I saw a lot of foreign people (girl) hanging around there. I didn't realize until I back and Google  I realize this place is where local people having sex trade with the foreign people. I bet not only this beach anyway.

Hard Rock Swimming Pool

My sexy baby

Nice beach is far away from Kuta. If you want to swim but you do not like Kuta Beach, you can hang around at hotel swimming pool. The swimming pool is so big and i can hang around there for whole day. They have total 3 different pool (estimate) and you can hang around by renting cabana. Price is not too sure but i think is very expensive.

 Hanging and joking around

The big chess

This garden is just below our room. Finish up our dinner and the time is still early we hanging around here and chatting before we are going to walk around Kuta town.

Fried Rice

Club Sandwich

Although we bought a lot cup noodles for supper in case we are hungry at middle night but yet we still ordering room service. Hehehehe..... I always thought hotel food is not nice so I didn't have much expectation. We order Fried Rice and Club sandwich (that's why we both so fat eat so much) and it really surprise me. It taste so good especially the sandwich.
Well, room service food is quite expensive. The room service guy is so polite and my dear is satisfied with his service so giving him some tips. I like this hotel so much. If I'm going to Bali again I'm sure will choose this hotel again.

BALI (Hard Rock Hotel I)

I know is kind of long time for the Bali trip but I wanted to share my experience with you @Bali. This is my last 2 years trip, that time I was 25 years old. I'm honestly to tell you guys that Bali is my 1st ever trip. Thanks to my boyfriend. He is the one who bring me to holiday compare to my previous relations (4 years with my ex but he not even bringing me anywhere). We started dating for 2 months and he request to bring me to Bali. Back to the point, my boyfriend handle everything and he told me I just bring my body go. LOL...

Now everyone can fly :)

He found Airasia is doing promo Hotel + Accommodation for 5 days 4 nights is roughly about RM1300 per couple (estimate). The accommodation that i mentioned is HARD ROCK HOTEL BALI. Unbelievable right?? We take flight at 10.00am and is my first experience with Airasia. I'm so excited but due to turbulence the plane drop for a moment. We so scared and everyone at the plane screaming but luckily back to normal. I'm praying all the way till we reach Bali airport. Is a scary experience though.

Welcome to Bali.

Since is a Free & Easy trip, once reach everything have to plan on our own. There are a lot of the taxi in front of the airport. You just need to buy tickets and you can take the taxi. We straight went for Hard Rock Hotel for check-in.

Hard Rock Hotel

I think due to bombing case occurred on 12 October 2002 @ Kuta Bali there is soldiers holding gun to do checking on every car that entering. After entering, we saw an interesting place to take photo. LOL... There's some bellboy (i think) open the door for us and help us to take our luggage to the front office. What a nice service.

Group photo :D

We take a group photo before went to do check-in. This is just right in front where is the place you get drop-off. The staff is so nice and help us to take photo. The service of the hotel is good since we drop at the hotel.

My handsome dear <3

The walls are adorned with images, memorabilia and icons reflecting the revolution that changed the face of music, fashion and arts, celebrating artistes from the 50's to late 90's. Rockin' Tots to Grunge Grand Dads, the hotel is here to rock yer socks off!
